HI, I AM
EMILY ROZSONITS
My name is Emily Rozsonits, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, and I am a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. I received my aesthetics certification for neurotoxins and dermal filler at the National Laser Institute, WrinkleFairy Institute and Allergan Medical Institute (AMI). I have 15 years of Registered Nurse experience and 9 years experience as a Family Certified Nurse Practitioner.
Growing up in Ohio, I spent my childhood immersed in its charm before moving to Kentucky. Currently, I call the Western Suburbs of Chicago, Illinois, my home. With a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Thomas Edison State College, I later pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing at Northern Kentucky University. Additionally, I earned a Master’s Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain College of Nursing.
I worked on the bone marrow transplant unit at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center for over 7 years as a nurse. After earning my Master’s Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner, I performed home health risk assessments for insurance companies and then transitioned to a home health provider treating patients for acute and chronic care conditions. I have injectable experience working at a vein center clinic providing care for venous insufficiency while performing sclerotherapy injections. Currently, I am a family practice telehealth provider. I offer Botox, dermal fillers, wellness injections, weight loss treatments, and microneedling to enhance your natural beauty, improve overall wellness, and achieve radiant skin.
My passion is to provide good quality care to a diverse population in acute and chronic care as well as providing cosmetic procedures. I received my aesthetics certifications for neurotoxins and dermal filler at the National Laser Institute and at the WrinkleFairy Institute. My goal at ER Wellness is to provide professional cosmetic services that exceed your expectations. I can honestly can give 5 out of 5 stars! Since I started treatment for weight loss, I have lost over 35 in less than 3 months! Most importantly, my energy levels and confidence has gone through the roof again! it’s nice to fit in my skinny jeans lol. I highly recommend trying this medicine out for yourself. I am living proof it works. Best part is I don’t have any bad side effects!
